By accepting a ride with Alliance Car Service LLC (“ACS”), you the customer accept and agree to the prices set forth herein and to the following terms and conditions: All cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up time, except in the case of a flight cancellation, are subject to a 20% charge of reservation total. There will be a surcharge of 20% for bookings scheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. There will be a surcharge of 20% for bookings on all national holidays. A sanitation fee of $250 will be accessed to those bookings requiring such service. Use of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs during the course of a ride is strictly prohibited. The driver has the right to terminate any ride at any time without refund if for any reason a customer violates any of these terms and conditions or commits or threatens to commit a crime during the course of a ride. ACS shall not be responsible for delays or the termination of any requested ride caused by unsafe road conditions. ACS shall not be responsible for any personal property that remains in a ACS vehicle following a ride. Any balance owed shall be paid in full to the driver prior to the commencement of the ride. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, ACS makes no warranty whatsoever with regard to the goods or services provided. IN NO EVENT SHALL ACS BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, OR PROFIT OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE. IN NO EVENT SHALL ACS’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED HEREIN EXCEED THE TOTAL OF THE AMOUNTS PAID TO ACS FOR SUCH GOODS OR SERVICES SOLD HEREUNDER.

(1) A limousine carrier, taxicab carrier, or transportation network company shall develop and implement a zero-tolerance policy regarding a limousine, taxicab, or transportation network company driver's activities while providing transportation services or accessing the transportation network company's digital network. The zero-tolerance policy required under this subsection shall address the use of drugs or alcohol while a driver is providing transportation services or a transportation network company prearranged ride or is logged in to a transportation network company's digital network and available to receive a transportation request.

(2) A limousine carrier, taxicab carrier, or transportation network company, or the parent company if the limousine carrier, taxicab carrier, or transportation network company does not have a website, shall provide notice of the zero-tolerance policy required under subsection (1) on its website, and shall also provide on its website a procedure for a passenger to report a complaint about a driver who the passenger reasonably suspects was under the influence of drugs or alcohol during a trip or a transportation network company prearranged ride.otect you or your audience.
