By accepting transportation services from Alliance Car Service LLC (“ACS”), the customer agrees to the rates quoted and the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, except in the event of a documented flight cancellation, are subject to a 20% charge of the total reservation amount.
Bookings scheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 20% short-notice surcharge.
A 20% surcharge applies to bookings scheduled on recognized national holidays.
2. Sanitation Fee
A sanitation fee of $250 will be assessed for any vehicle requiring cleaning due to damage, excessive soiling, or contamination caused by a passenger.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs during the ride is strictly prohibited.
The driver reserves the right to terminate any ride immediately and without refund if a passenger:
Violates these Terms and Conditions
Engages in disorderly conduct
Commits or threatens to commit a crime
4. Delays
ACS shall not be responsible for delays or termination of service caused by:
Unsafe road conditions
Traffic
Weather
Mechanical issues beyond reasonable control
Governmental restrictions or emergencies
5. Personal Property
ACS is not responsible for any personal property left in a vehicle following completion of service.
6. Payment
Any outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to the commencement of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
ACS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ACS BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, REVENUE, PROFITS, DIMINUTION IN VALUE, OR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE.
ACS’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED.
Zero-Tolerance Drug & Alcohol Policy
In accordance with applicable law:
ACS maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy prohibiting drivers from using drugs or alcohol while providing transportation services.
